ASLMS Serves as Cooperating Society for the 5-Continent Congress

“Lasers and Aesthetic Medicine”

Our goal is to ensure that the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) be recognized as the world’s pre-eminent resource for laser technology, research, education and clinical knowledge.  For quite some time, the ASLMS has sought a more international presence.

I am pleased to announce that the ASLMS will serve as Cooperating Society for the international symposia entitled 5-Continent Congress “Lasers and Aesthetic Medicine” with the European Society for Laser Dermatology, Laser Group of the French Society of Dermatology, German Society of Laser Dermatology, European Society for Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatology and the Afro-Asian Society for Cosmetic Dermatology and Lasers.  This meeting will be held at the Le Palais de la Mediterranee Hotel and Casino in Nice, Côte d'Azur (French Riviera) on September 10-12, 2009.  The hotel is one of Europe’s most beautiful conference venues.  Situated just minutes away from a wealth of cultural entertainment, conferees will be close to the heart of the city.

The Program Committee membership will represent the diverse interests of all the hosts.  The proposed program calls for traditional plenary and scientific breakout sessions on such “Hot Topics” as: Adipocyte – It‘s Life & Death; Cellulite Management; Laser and Cryo-Lipolysis; Fractional Ablative and Non-Ablative Skin Rejuvenation; Future of Laser Treatment of Vascular Lesions; Scars and Striae; Body Shaping and Tightening; Photodynamic Therapy; and Stem Cell Regenerative Medicine and Bio Cellular Therapies applied to Aesthetics Today.
